We just finished watching Cinemalaya 2012 at Greenbelt and decided to dine in Bubba Gump. We’re supposed to watch Bwakaw, unfortunately the tickets were already sold out so we ended up watching Posas (nice movie). The highlight of our dine-in experience was winning in a movie quiz. While we were waiting for our food to be served one of the attendants loomed in our table and swayed us to join a movie quiz. The mechanics are simple, he will ask five questions from the movie Forrest Gump by Tom Hanks and if we get three correct answers we will win a prize. Since it sounded fun plus all clues in the questions can be found inside the diner we said YES! They probably thought we came from Cebu because we were the only customer they asked to join the game. He was also a bit lenient because it took 7 questions before we get three correct answers. Before we finished our meal the guy went back to our table and gave us our prize – chocolate chip cookies. I was actually expecting Bubba Gump merchandise for our prize but the cookies are fine. J
